I would recommend never buy this product atleast. It is total waste of money. I am putting my genuine reply. Guys really very unhappy with the product. First due to lack of manual I was unable to open it and then remote is useless, not working. The bottom part of the tripod is so tough to open. It’s three days i am yet to open the bottom of it. I have applied all my strength. Really worst experience. Don’t buy atleast this product from dìgitek.I am requesting dìgìtek, pls come take your product and I even don’t want money back. I just don’t want to see that ìnfront of my eyes.There is no option otherwise I would rate ìt -100
